The Thalia Capo is unique because you can swap out the fretpads to get a perfect fit on your guitar. For 12-string guitars, we recommend the use of one of our high tension OctaveTouch fretpads, which are sold as an accessory. The fretpad you'll need will depend on the fretboard radius of your guitar. The High Tension fretpads are 2mm taller than the standard fretpads. This extra height increases tension to ensure that the octave strings on your guitar are fretted perfectly.
While our capo works great with our High Tension Rubber Fretpads on many 12-string guitars, we can't guarantee that the capo will work on all of them. However, it will work with the OctaveTouch Fretpads which were specifically designed for 12-strings. Watch this video for more information:
