When any direct lighting source hits Blue Abalone, beautiful waves of blue and green shine brilliantly.
Without any direct light Blue Abalone the rich colors become deep and solid.
Sometimes video is the only way to see the true magic of this shell. Here it is in all of its glory.
Very well made and beautiful too. Works for all my guitars with the interchangeable pads
This Thalia capo is well designed, easy to use, and solid but the best part is that it looks great!
Superbly crafted, an absolutely premium product...looks fantastic, works fantastic...I just love this company and their awesome products
When my old spring handled capo broke I decided to try a Thalia capo based on some videos on YouTube. I purchased the Electric Blue Angel Wing as the color was striking on the website and I thought it would add a nice accent.
Now that I have used the capo for about a month I can say that I really enjoy it. I find it easy to change between instruments and the included radius pads make improve performance because I can shape the capo to my fretboard radius better. I have used the capo on my Telecaster, my acoustic with 16" radius neck, and a 12 string acoustic with no issues provided I use the correct pad. There have been no muted strings in the different sized necks which my old spring capo struggled with.
I would recommend Thalia capos to anyone who wants a high quality and good looking capo, whether you perform or not.
-Adjustable radius pads
-Case to hold extra radius pads and capo during storage
-Small learning curve if you are used to spring loaded handled capo
To achieve a perfect fit, the Thalia Capo comes with multiple interchangable fretpads so that you can match the fretboard radius of your specific instrument. The following table lists common fretboard radii used by major manufacturer. If you do not find your specific brand and model below you can Google your guitar make/model plus the words "fretboard radius"; if that doesn't work you can use the manual method which is described here
Please Note: 12-String & 8-String Guitars should use our High Tension OctaveTouch fretpads to get the best performance. Standard Tension and High Tension Rubber fretpads are included with every capo. Our Teflon fretpads will likely not work on instruments with octave strings. size chart guide fret board
