FINISH SAFETY GUIDE

Made in the USA 🇺🇸 with sustainably sourced African Bubinga wood featuring a Vintage Pearl Bee & Honeycomb.

Our patent-pending pick puck is the ultimate guitar pick holder for your guitar. Stick anywhere that is most convenient for you!  See photos below for application ideas!

Each Pick Puck attaches with a special micro-suction pad modeled after a Gecko's foot.  This is NOT AN ADHESIVE.  Instead, the pad surface has thousands of microscopic air pockets that create partial vacuums between the puck and the target surface. It isn’t pressure sensitive and leaves no residue behind. It can also be used repeatedly without losing its holding power. Safe on all finishes.

If your Thalia Pick Puck loses some of its bonding power, simply wipe it with a damp cloth to remove the dust and it will work as good as new.  To remove the pick puck, you simply pull slowly or twist to break the vacuum bond.

Does not include picks.

Application of the Pick Puck

In this short video, Chris gives you an overview of the Pick Puck and shows you all of the places you might want to place a pick puck on various acoustic and electric guitars.  He also shows how they work with Thalia Straps and how a pick puck allows you to attach your Thalia Capo to your headstock...

Great Little Tool

The Thalia "Save The Bees” Pick Puck is a very nice little tool. It works well and is very nice, if not stunning looking. I used it in performance lately and it made transitioning between finger picking and using a pick go seamlessly. Good Stuff!

Attractive Pick Accessory

The Tiger Rye pick puck really complements the finish and pickguard of my Epi Sheration Pro II. On my electric guitars, I use .88 mm tortex picks which the puck seems to grip just fine. However, the puck wasn’t able to securely grip the .73 mm tortex picks that I use on my acoustic guitars. That's OK, the puck found a nice home on my Epi. :-)

Well made and very handy

Been wanting somewhere to put my picks on my guitar for ages, tried a few things but this is definitely the best solution. I have one on my headstock but have also tried it on the side of the guitar. Sticks firmly but is removable with gentle pulling/twisting, left no marks at all on my intstrument. They seem well made and look great. Would highly recommend.

Practical

I really like the pick puck. It’s a practical way to keep some picks on hand and it looks smooth. Blends right in on my guitar!

Finally not always looking for the right Pick or where I put it.

Seeing the pick Puck online, my first thought was "what a great idea". Not thinking much about it, I ordered two Pick Puck minis and am not at all disappointed. The Workmanship is typical Thalia quality and if I did not always have to take the customs charges here in Germany in consideration, I would probably have one of these for every guitar along with a few other Thalia products.

Pick Puck Testing on Various Guitar Finishes

If you are wondering about how the pick puck may affect your guitar's finish you are in the right place.  In this blog article, I will perform a series of tests on my guitars and talk about finish safety.  The bottom line is that the pick puck uses thousands of nano-sized suction cups to adhere to your guitar.   While it doesn't use adhesive it does use suction, so certain finishes should be avoided.

In this next video, Chris demonstrates how to remove the pick puck safely without damaging the puck or your guitar's finish.
