GuitarSafe™ Micro-Suction Technology

Our proprietary GuitarSafe™ Micro-Suction Pads are modeled after a Gecko's foot, using suction instead of adhesive to adhere to your guitar.

We tested multiple formulations of micro-suction material before finalizing the formula for our GuitarSafe™ Micro-Suction Pads.  Some formulations were far too aggressive and others not quite aggressive enough.  Instead, we wanted it to adhere safely to the guitar's finish but not so aggressively that it could cause damage to delicate finishes. The pad's surface contains thousands of microscopic air pockets that create partial vacuums between the puck and the target surface. It isn’t pressure sensitive and won't leave any residue behind. It can also be used repeatedly without losing its gripping power.

The cocobolo is beautiful and a nice match for my AD17e

An awesome upgrade to the faux tortoiseshell and looks beautiful.
Just a word of caution for Taylor American Dream owners, the correct part number is DNGO-50.

Custom Pickguard

The Thalia Team did a meticulous job in creating this custom pickguard. I have an extremely long gmail thread over the course of several weeks discussing the material for the best aesthetic. Then discussing the subject, materials, placement, and orientation of the custom inlay. The team did a marvelous job in bringing this product from design to fruition. This custom pickguard truly complements my all koa Taylor K66ce. This guitar also sports the koa bridge pins, koa truss rod cover, koa capo, koa/mother of pearl slide, rosewood pick, and rosewood accent rings on the electronic controls. The strap is a John Allen Woodward custom alligator model. The stand is by Taylor.

The Thalia products truly turned this guitar into a one-of-a-kind stunner.

This thing practically glows!

I wanted to class up my rather austere and dark-looking Taylor 314ce (most of the appointments were black), so I got the Tennessee Tiger Rye & Hawaiian Koa Pickguard and not only did it fit where the old pick guard was perfectly, but it's just what I was looking for...classy, shiny and flashy! The colors run the spectrum from gold to red orange, and in direct light, literally look like it is glowing (yet it's not gaudy in the least). The one thing to note, it's not perfectly flat, there is some dimension to it, so at the right angle, you'll see some ripple in the reflected light. But whatever, it's cool!
