I recently won a $200 gift certificate from Thalia. Thanx to a sale that was happening at the time of my order, I was able to purchase more great items than I had expected. Being from Texas, I had to have the Texas guitar strap and the Texas capo. I was also able to get a Thalia shirt, a banjo pin, and two guitar polishing cloths. Thanx, Thalia. But, I also want to talk about my experience with the Thalia staff. What other company can you call and get the owner of the business on the phone? Chris was courteous, kind, and responsive. Gareth, one of the customer service representatives, was helpful over many calls. The items I bought were just famtastic. The Texas guitar strap is made of the most beautiful piece of leather and the Texas flag is beautifully crafted and inlaid in the leather. The Texas capo shows the flag in all its glory. And the ability to change the rubber pieces on the capo to match your guitar is such a great idea. and you get it all with your capo so you can fit it to every guitar you own.The Thalia shirt is one of the softest tees I think I've ever owned. I'm 63 and I've owned alot of tees over the years. This is one of my favorites, next to my Ray Wiley Hubbard Snake Farm shirt. All in all, my experience with Thalia has been wonderful. You are number one in my book. One suggestion: You make arrangements for someone who has an acoustic/electric guitar that has the contact through the strap holder - you make the hole in the guitar strap larger. I think you might also want to ask if you are using a strap lock and open up the holes on both ends of the guitar strap to accomodate the strap lock. I know I'm going to have to make a larger hole on one end of my guitar strap to accomodate my strap locks.
