Some of our products have varying build-to-order time. Please see the product page for our estimated manufacturing time. In stock capos are shipped within 3-5 business days. Picks will usually ship within 3 days.

We provide tracking numbers for all shipments. Please login to your account to obtain your tracking number or check the ship notice that you will receive via email when we ship your order.
Shipping Rates
The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, and your location. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to.
Back Orders
If an item goes on back order we can ship you the part of your order that is in stock, by request. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.
