I originally had an issue with the color and finish of the Brazilian Black Cherry pickguard I ordered, but Thalia really stepped up and worked with me to get it right.

Gareth and the team listened to my concerns, communicated directly with their manufacturing team, sent me photos and samples, and continued working on the color and finish until they produced something that worked beautifully with my Taylor Builder’s Edition.

The final result looks fantastic on the guitar. The darker wood, finish, and mother-of-pearl border complement the guitar perfectly.

I really appreciate the time and effort they put into resolving the issue and making sure I was happy with the final product. Things don’t always go perfectly with a custom product, but how a company handles an issue says a lot about them.

Thalia ultimately went above and beyond to make it right, and I’m very happy with the result. Five stars!

Beautiful pickguard. It is so easy to apply or remove because there is no glue. Pure genius using tiny suction cups instead of glue. Once applied it does not shift or move and you can apply it right over the existing pickguard and you also can remove it without damaging the pickguard or guitars finish with a removal tool provided.
